TRANSSION Company and the Royal Observatory of Greenwich in the UK have started a corporate partnership to launch the ZERO X Pro smartphone.
According to reports, Zero X Pro is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G95 processor, a System on chip (SoC) with middle range class processing power. The screen size is 6.67 inches, FHD + curved display, and punch holes.
The memory variants are 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256 GB. It is far enough for a modern smartphone phone. The device runs on Infinix XOS 7.6 based Android 11 operating system and is powered by a 4500mAh battery which supports a 45W fast charge.
As far as the camera is concerned, Infinix Zero X PRO comes with an innovative triple camera setup that will delight the user.
The 108 MP rear lens is joined by an 8 MP periscope telephoto lens and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. Through the camera setup, you can take high-definition photos and videos. And can shoot 4K 30fps and 1080p 30fps video.
Infinix Zero X PRO comes with Nebula Black, Starry Silver, and Tuscany Brown color schemes to choose on your choice.
Design
The Infinix Zero X Pro measures 75.69 mm wide, 164.04 mm long, and 7.8 mm thick. Men with large hands can easily operate it with one hand, but women with small hands may feel that the size of the device is too big for them. The weight of the device is about 193 grams, this weight is quite noticeable if you hold the phone in one hand, when working with the phone with one hand for a long time, the hand may well get tired.
The smartphone comes with an 8-core, 12 nm MediaTek Helio G95 (MT6785V / CD) chipset with 8 GB of RAM, which is quite a lot. Displaying low memory will never happen, so the smartphone is also suitable for multitasking. Even with frequent switching between many applications, you probably won’t feel stuck.
And the storage capacity of the device is 128 GB and 256 GB. It means Infinix Zero X PRO is highly suitable for taking photos and videos, and when you install many applications and games, you will not feel the inconvenience.
The phone is compatible with SD cards like most mid-range smartphones, so, you can expand its memory up to 512 GB. This way, you probably don’t need to worry about storage capacity.
UFS (Universal Flash Storage) 2.2 write booster is another feature responsible for the high efficiency of this phone.
According to an official source, it improves app, image, and video downloads up to 20%, and you can focus more attention on your tasks and less on waiting. In short, UFS 2.2 is far better than the eMMC storage technology on most smartphones.
A Large Display
Zero X Pro has a display diagonal of 6.67 inches. It’s pretty big than the normal screen size, and has no notch that interferes with the display, and is a punch-hole display that incorporates the front camera in the screen.
The aspect ratio that shows the screen is 20: 9, and because the width is suppressed, it has a size that is easy to hold despite the large screen.
Photos, videos, and games will look pretty nice on this screen. It is also suitable for productive use, such as creating a business document.
It supports a refresh rate of 120Hz, so you can enjoy high-end games and online movie streaming very smoothly. The refresh rate indicates the number of times the screen changes per second, and the higher this value, the slimier the movement can be achieved.
Camera
The Zero X Pro rear camera has a 108MP Ultra Resolution (wide) lens with an f1.8 aperture. It is the first time that Infinix has introduced a high-value lens for a phone. Of course, the 108 MP sensor supports 3x lossless zoom and performs well at 5x.
It has a 1 / 1, 52-inch sensor, placed behind f / 1, 8 aperture, and has optical stabilization (OIS). Infinix claims to have developed a system that can use OIS and electronic stabilization (at the same time) to achieve smoother results.
For the sake of completeness, the Zero X Pro telephoto camera has an 8 MP sensor (f / 3, 4, 125mm, OIS) and an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle camera (f / 2, 25). That covers 120º FoV and has autofocus, which means that the ultra-wide-angle camera doubles as a macro camera.
While you are shooting landscapes or printing high-definition photos, you may want a higher resolution camera, but in most cases, you will be happy with the Zero x PRO camera.
In addition, there is a 16 MP camera with a dual-LED flash on the front. The included AI selfie feature keeps your glow in the day as well as in the nighttime.
Photos taken with this camera will look sharp even when you print them out, so you will be much satisfied with the quality of the camera.
Battery
The Zero X Pro is powered by a 4500mAh high capacity lithium polymer battery (non-removable), which is a hi figure compared to other smartphones. It has TÜV Rheinland certified fast charging capabilities. At 40% battery capacity, it only takes about 15 minutes. You can watch 180 minutes of video with a charge of 5 minutes.
Also, when fully charged, the device supports approximately
10 hours of gaming,
19 hours of video playing,
27 days of standby,
35 hours of calling,
And 137 hours of music playback time.
So no matter what you do for a long time, watching videos, playing games, enjoying music, etc., you will not have any battery dying issues.
Infinix Zero X Price
Infinix Zero X PRO has not yet started selling in many regions of the world. In particular, the Infinix Zero x release date in India will begin in December, and no official prices announced.
Compared to the price of the previously released Zero smartphones, the Infinix Zero X PRO price will be Rs. 22000 or $ 300 (Expected).
Conclusion
With significant advances in screens, cameras, and design, Infinix Zero X PRO has somehow remained faithful to the Helio chipsets. All three zero smartphones (Infinix Zero X, Zero X PRO, and Zero X Neo) are based on the Helio G95. They also feature 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, stereo speakers, 3.5mm audio jacks, microSDXC slots, and 16MP front-facing cameras with flash.
With all this, the Zero X PRO smartphone and its siblings can inherit a good specification. However, Hong Kong-based Infinix is targeting emerging markets in Asia and Africa.
That’s why the Infinix Zero X 5G is not in the craze. Many regions where it operates do not have 5G for the foreseeable future. The company does not yet intend to settle in Western Europe or the United States, So, it makes sense.
